Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the US Marketplace Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of projects to grow the core marketplace business, collaborating with product, analytics, marketing, finance, and analytics teams.

You’ll incubate bets, develop optimal growth strategies from first principles, and turn strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes. Strong collaboration and data-driven problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 4+ years in a problem-solving role (consulting, tech, banking, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience taking something from 0 to 1 is strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• SQL experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own initiatives to grow core Marketplace business.
• Incubate bets, scope and test them, and recommend next steps.
• Develop strategy for growing segments and launching new bets.
• Translate strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data to assess financial and operational impact and refine plans.
• Lead and collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, sales, and finance.
