Job summary

DoorDash is seeking two specialists to join the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, focusing on high-priority initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail and DashMart. You will gain exposure to company-wide initiatives, run pilots, build dashboards, move weekly KPIs, and translate insights into scalable processes in a hybrid environment based in New York or San Francisco.

You have 1–2+ years of analytical experience, a completed Bachelor’s in Economics, Mathematics, CS or

Qualifications

• Have a completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to build models in Excel and SQL.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate 0-1 pilots and build dashboards to track week-over-week KPIs.
• Launch net-new initiatives and run in-market tests.
• Analyze expansion opportunities using SQL and Excel models.
• Translate customer and merchant needs into product and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and operations.
