Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for its New Verticals Strategy & Operations team based in New York or San Francisco. This role focuses on high-priority initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail and DashMart, with exposure to company-wide initiatives and fast-paced sprints.

You will work as an individual contributor in a hybrid setup, standing up pilots, launching tests, and building dashboards to drive weekly KPIs. A Bachelor’s degree is required and 1–2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning in startup-like settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs and translate wins into scalable processes.
• Launch net-new merchants, test new initiatives and run in-market experiments.
• Analyze expansion opportunities using Excel and SQL to prioritize bets.
• Translate consumer, merchant and dasher needs into product requirements and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
