DNV seeks a Head of Department (VP) of Growth, Strategy & Market Development to steer the next growth phase for our Energy Management business. Lead a national, multidisciplinary team to win new business and deliver innovative, scalable client solutions.

You will connect market insights with client needs, lead priority pursuits, and strengthen pricing and delivery excellence in a matrixed organization. This role offers a dynamic hybrid schedule across multiple U.S. offices including Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• An advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience developing growth strategies in utilities or energy services.
