Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Growth Strategy, Major Markets to drive the local GTM plan and synthesize firm growth priorities into a targeted strategy for the Philadelphia region. You will work with market leaders and cross-functional teams to shape actionable growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of GTM strategy/field marketing or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/strategy/marketing; MBA is a plus.
• Expertise in strategic market planning and translating national strategy into local plans.
• Strong analytical skills including buyer/competitive analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive presence.
• Must be physically based in and operate out of the specified geographic market.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize the firm’s growth strategy priorities into a comprehensive GTM plan for the assigned geographic market.
• Serve as the local market expert on industry trends, competition, and high-value buyer segments with I&I support.
• Act as liaison between national strategy leaders and local geo leadership to align and support the geo plan.
• Translate geo strategy into prioritized inputs for the buyer marketing team and guide geo-based marketing execution.
• Uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
