Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage helps clients reskill and upskill their people in technology, data, and AI to reinvent their organizations and capture greater business value. This role focuses on leading engagements, owning senior client relationships, and turning customer insight into measurable revenue impact for High-Tech clients.

You will design and test growth strategy solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and support sales efforts related to skilling programs in academia and government.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning operations, training administration, program coordination, or event coordination.
• External client-facing consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build customer growth strategy solutions and revenue growth.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production growth solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to offer skilling programs powered by customer insight.
• Develop strong client relationships and earn the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for LearnVantage solutions to clients.
