Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in commercial strategy, portfolio management, pricing, go-to-market, revenue growth and product commercialization.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and monetize NACS services portfolio and drive incremental revenue.
• Define service portfolio strategy, roadmap, and tiered models by client segment.
• Lead go-to-market designs with VCA and global CS teams and craft pricing guidance.
• Own revenue framework with targets, pipeline, and margins; manage reviews.
• Develop enablement assets and field training to drive adoption and value realization.
• Influence senior leaders and mobilize cross-functional teams to commercialize opportunities.
