Based in San Francisco with a hybrid office schedule, you will drive performance, build scalable data foundations, and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver results across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree.
• Strategic finance, consulting, investment banking background.
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnership capabilities, including experience evaluating investments, growth opportunities, resource allocation decisions, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Leadership & Business Partnership for Acceptance Solutions teams.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and regional leaders to drive growth, profitability and strategic decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights on revenue growth, margins, pricing, and operating leverage; link operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Build data-driven reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities; drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across finance processes.
• Coach and develop future finance leaders while ensuring strong execution and impact.
