Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product strategy, business strategy, operations, or related fields.
• Experience influencing executives and driving outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define Visa's agentic value chain strategy and growth opportunities.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, cross-functional execution, and roadmap alignment.
• Drive quarterly business reviews, investment decisions, and performance metrics.
• Partner with GTM, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders on strategy and execution.
