TikTok is seeking a data-driven strategist to join the NA MSO Central Strategy & Analytics team. You will partner with Sales and Product leadership to drive initiatives, align OKRs with company objectives, and translate opportunities into actionable growth levers through rigorous analysis.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key partner to Sales and Product leadership to drive North America–level initiatives, including strategic planning, business reporting, analytics, and high-impact special projects.
Partner with senior Sales and Product leaders to shape the strategic direction of the North America business, aligning OKRs with company objectives to influence decisions across NA and global stakeholders.
Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market levers through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
