Qualifications

3+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ads platforms.
Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and how to optimize across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination.
Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards), with ability to extract actionable insights from platform data.
Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver.
English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others.
Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and vertical-specific insights.
Support the development of GTM strategies, regional playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks for priority verticals and product initiatives.
Analyze client portfolio composition, revenue mix, and account health metrics to inform strategic prioritization and resource allocation.
Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate new programs, product launches, or market expansion opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and platform developments to provide forward-looking recommendations to leadership.
