Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Associate to drive US resource management and long-range roadmaps for TikTok Shop in the US market. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and scale initiatives.

In this role you will perform performance diagnostics, market research, and executive-ready analyses to support investment decisions and growth in a fast-paced environment in Los Angeles. Prior strategy experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or strategic finance at leading technology companies or consulting firms.
• Proficiency in advanced business modeling and performance diagnostics, with a proven track record of translating complex datasets into strategic insights for the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Ops), driving organizational alignment and strategic execution within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Drive long-term strategic roadmaps for TikTok Shop in the US, identifying high-growth opportunities.
• Business Performance Diagnostics: Analyze business health, optimize unit economics and seller penetration.
• Market Intelligence & Research: Lead research on e-commerce landscape and trends to refine platform positioning.
• Executive Support & Decision Science: Produce strategy white papers and presentations for leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Initiative Orchestration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to align initiatives from concept to execution.
• Operational Excellence: Drive alignment and consistent strategy execution across all pillars and stakeholders.
