Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leader to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You’ll translate goals into plans, lead cross-functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth with visibility to senior leadership.

This role sits at the center of decisions shaping how we grow, price, and operate across markets, with strong emphasis on data-driven insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn ambiguity into plans.
• Hands-on with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools; translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies across pricing, channels, acquisition, retention, or go-to-market.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps and measurement approaches to evaluate impact.
• Analyze large datasets and build dashboards and narratives for leadership.
• Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around growth and P&L.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Strategy, Supply, and senior leaders.
