Job summary

Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team seeks a seasoned Data Analyst to drive growth for Flights across channels. You will analyze large datasets, run hypothesis tests, and translate insights into strategies that optimize campaigns and improve customer lifetime value.

You will collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams to interpret trends, present clear findings, and influence senior decision-makers. A strong data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a Data Analyst position or on projects with big data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business across channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply to identify opportunities and interpret trends in data sets using SQL or Tableau.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management.
