Job summary

Northern Trust in Chicago, IL is seeking a Strategist for Demand Generation & Performance Marketing to design and execute measurable, data-driven campaigns across channels. You will lead nurture journeys, lead management and reporting, partnering with marketing, sales and business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable programs using Marketo, Salesforce and connected platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 - 8 years of working knowledge and experience in performance marketing, marketing automation and/or demand generation.
• Extensive hands-on experience using Marketo to build, test, deploy and optimize email, landing pages, forms, events and multi-channel programs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics including campaign structure, lead and contact management, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies for Asset Management and Asset Servicing using Marketo and connected platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content strategy and marketing teams to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain automated nurture, onboarding and retention journeys across lifecycle stages.
• Manage lead processes including acquisition, scoring, routing, recycling and handoff to sales.
• Maintain templates, forms, landing pages, smart campaigns and workflows for speed and consistency.
