Qualifications

• Requires 5-8 years of performance marketing and marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on Marketo to build, test, deploy and optimize multi-channel programs.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, lead management and attribution.
• Strong data management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns for Asset Management and Asset Servicing.
• Collaborate withSales, product, content strategy, and marketing teams to drive revenue.
• Maintain automated nurture, onboarding, engagement, re-engagement and retention journeys.
• Implement and maintain lead management processes from acquisition to sales handoff.
• Maintain reusable program templates, tokens, forms, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot Marketo-Salesforce integrations.
• Plan and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests for optimization.
• Define KPIs and produce reports on campaign performance and ROI.
