Job summary

Heilind is seeking a Business Development & Sales Support Specialist in the MA/PA region to assist administrative, sales and management needs within the branch. You will back up the sales team on customer needs, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to grow Heilind's business.

You will learn the company structure, CRM/Sales tools, and engage with the Field Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and support top accounts.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales/marketing or sales support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• U.S. Person per ITAR requirements.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative, sales, and management needs in the branch.
