Job summary

Zello, a voice-first communications platform, is seeking a hands-on RevOps CRM Administrator to own HubSpot workflows, data quality, and integrations. You will ensure clean data flows between HubSpot, website events, Gong, Aircall, billing, and BI, while building AI-enabled automations with minimal human intervention.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in RevOps/SalesOps, strong CRM integration experience, and a bias for fixing root causes.

Qualifications

• HubSpot hands-on admin in RevOps context.
• 2–4 years in RevOps, SalesOps, or CRM operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience connecting CRM to APIs, webhooks, or an integration platform.
• Fix root causes and build checks to prevent recurring issues.
• Apply AI to improve efficiency while assessing trust in automation.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as administrator of record: workflows, objects and properties, lifecycle stages, list architecture, permissions, and sequences.
• Own the data flowing in and out of the CRM, including integrations with the website, Gong, Aircall, billing, and BI layer in Omni.
• Find root causes when data goes wrong and build recurring audits.
• Build and maintain automations with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting.
• Partner with AI and Data teams on data structures and field integrity for AI-driven automations.
• Run the RevOps request queue for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Maintain data standards and explain tradeoffs of exceptions.
• Support lead and list operations from event intake through upload.
