Zohorecruit is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States to partner directly with the CEO in driving revenue and scaling the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead strategy and execute campaigns across ads, email, outreach, content, and partnerships.

You will own the full customer journey, track key metrics, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and close more deals, while leveraging GoHighLevel and Claude AI for automation and efficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years in growth/digital/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and sales-driven campaigns
• Hands-on campaign execution and leadership skills
• Experience in a marketing agency or consultancy is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own the full customer journey from interest to retention
• Drive growth by generating leads and revenue through ads, email, outreach, content, and partnerships
• Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data and actual results
• Track cost per client, conversion rates, and revenue; continuously improve performance
• Be highly numbers-driven; analyze what works and take action to improve results
• Lead and guide the marketing team while staying hands-on with execution
• Work with sales to improve lead quality and increase closed deals
• Manage CRM using GoHighLevel and leverage Claude AI for automation
• Continuously test new ideas, measure performance, and scale what works
