Job summary

BKD in Carlsbad, NM is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive inbound sales, craft compelling copy for ads and emails, and scale outreach with RFP tools. You will nurture NM-based relationships and deliver product demos to engage buyers and stakeholders.

You will partner with Sales Enablement, own content aligned to demand-gen goals, and manage priorities under tight deadlines with a focus on growth and career progression. Hybrid Carlsbad office option.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in NM or willingness to relocate/operate there.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for ads, emails, and web content to convert traffic.
• Use inbound sales and RFP tools to scale outbound efforts.
• Expand BKD's footprint through strategic introductions and relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to align content with demand goals.
• Share weekly insights with product on buyer requests and needs.
• Deliver persuasive product demos to buyers and stakeholders.
• Represent NM relationships to make opportunities real.
• Segment audiences and tailor outreach to improve response rates.
