33 USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in North America at the intersection of Business Development and Client Services.

You will define sales strategies to acquire new clients while acting as a strategic partner to key accounts to maximize lifetime value. As a Manager, you will oversee the sales pipeline, mentor junior BD Leads, and collaborate with leadership to bridge Japanese content with the global market.

Formación

• 5+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales in a Marketing Agency, Advertising, or Entertainment setting.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (1M+ annual portfolio management experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of the US and Japanese entertainment landscape and agency business models.
• 2+ years of leadership experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual revenue target for North America and develop a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; target high-value contracts.
• Identify and negotiate licensing deals, AOR agreements, and joint ventures.
• Represent the company at key events to expand the network of decision-makers.
• Provide strategic advisory, upsell services, and manage client profitability and renewals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align US and Japan HQ strategies for NA localization.
