Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings and training, while upholding the brand’s standards. You will oversee trainer development and ensure successful pre- and post-opening operations.

The role leads NRO efforts, manages daily restaurant operations during openings, and contributes to strategy planning. Requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, valid driver's license, and flexibility for shifts and travel.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and ensures operations and safety standards.
• Performs performance observations and documents results with corrective actions as needed.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all operational areas.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
