Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Growth Restaurant Leader to provide strategic direction for new restaurant openings (NRO) and to lead the training of the Restaurant Leader while deployed. This role collaborates with the Restaurant Leader to meet milestones before and after openings.

The position involves overseeing the training, operations, and people development within a fast-paced kitchen environment, including staffing, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people, P&L and financial management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for trainings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NRO strategy and oversee daily restaurant operations and enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Develop the growth team and ensure all performance standards are met.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Utilize recognition programs for crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Audit operations and provide feedback to support strategy and execution with financial, people and operations management.
• Execute shift management meetings and ensure safety standards.
