Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Florida is seeking a Growth Restaurant Leader who will provide strategic direction for new restaurant openings (NRO). This role partners with the Restaurant Leader to meet milestones, while overseeing training and performance of the training team and supporting operations and people development.

The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, collaboration across teams, and travel for openings and training. Strong leadership, planning, and compliance with standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, P&L and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads NRO strategy and oversees daily restaurant operations and enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Develops the growth team and ensures all performance standards are met.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Audits operations and provides feedback to support strategy development and execution.
• Executes shift management meetings and ensures safety standards.
• Performs observations and documents results to take corrective action.
