SERHANT. is seeking a strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team in a hybrid role based in the New York area. This position focuses on recruiting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals, serving as the first contact for prospective agents and driving engagement through outbound and inbound outreach.

You will schedule recruit pitches, manage CRM records, coordinate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth, and help refine prospecting strategies to fuel SERHANT.'s expansion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest.
• Generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets.
• Articulate SERHANT.'s value proposition and handle objections to create opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers.
• Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Manage follow-ups and keep candidates engaged in the process.
• Maintain CRM records and assist in growth department tasks.
• Develop and refine prospecting strategies with managers.
• Drive engagement with new and existing leads.
