Job summary

Sunday is seeking a Head of Acquisition to lead our growth marketing and subscriber acquisition strategy across web and mobile app channels. You will oversee a multi-million dollar budget, guide a team of marketers, and partner with CRM and creative agencies to optimize the end-to-end funnel from install through first subscription.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in user acquisition and growth marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and programmatic media.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in user acquisition/growth marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership of growth teams and campaigns.
• Experience across Meta, Google, Programmatic, TikTok, and top-of-funnel channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for subscriber growth across web and app.
• Manage multi-million dollar paid media budgets to hit CAC and subscriber targets.
• Oversee app marketing, ASO, and funnel optimization from install to first subscription.
• Collaborate with CRM and external agencies to maintain brand perception.
