Job summary

OnePay is launching a subscription product to help customers maximize their money across our fintech suite. As the Product Manager for this new initiative, you’ll own the day-to-day development of the core experience and scale it from zero to one.

You bring 3–7 years in consumer-facing product management, fintech experience, and a track record of shipping autonomously in fast-moving startups. This remote-friendly role offers growth and impact across a broad cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management experience
• Direct experience on a subscription product: acquisition, retention, engagement
• Background in fintech/finance products at scale
• Track record of shipping autonomously at a startup or smaller-scale company
• Strong product judgment balancing customer experience, business impact, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity
• Drive and proactivity in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Ownership, initiative, and comfort operating across teams

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end user experience: signup, account setup, ongoing management
• Build and iterate on subscription management, engagement, and retention mechanics
• Work with engineering to make informed product decisions and ensure execution
• Drive milestones pre-launch and post-launch optimization: conversion, targeting, expansion to new channels
• Partner on go-to-market strategy: conversion, retention, growth
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Marketing and others to launch compliant, scalable experiences
• Drive development, testing, and operational-readiness milestones ahead of launch
