Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Monetization Manager to optimize subscription and ad monetization across our mobile app portfolio. You will own pricing, packaging, paywall experiments, and retention programs for iOS and Android, balancing RevenueCat, Superwall, and AdMob with programmatic partners.

You’ll partner with product, data, and engineering to drive revenue growth, use AI tools to accelerate analysis, and deliver measurable lift in ARPU, LTV, and churn reduction across the portfolio while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in subscription monetization or growth at a mobile app
• Hands-on pricing and paywall experiments across iOS/Android
• Strong knowledge of RevenueCat, Superwall, AdMob
• Familiar with Mixpanel and ad-centric tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and own subscription monetization and pricing strategy across the app portfolio
• Design, launch, and iterate paywall experiments to maximize conversion and ARPU
• Manage subscriber lifecycle programs including churn reduction and retention offers
• Own and optimize programmatic ad monetization across the portfolio, including AdMob and other partners
