Job summary

Nemetschek's Bluebeam business unit seeks a Sr. Growth Strategy Manager to lead strategic pricing and packaging initiatives across the Build and Construct division. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations to translate customer insights into revenue growth.

You will design tests, build financial models, and develop business cases that inform go-to-market decisions, pricing structures, and product offerings while fostering a data-driven, innovative culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS pricing, packaging, or related analytics experience.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software is preferred.
• Market analysis and customer research to identify value drivers.
• Ability to build financial models to forecast pricing impact.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking for decision-making.
• Experience with pricing research methods (conjoint, Van Westendorp, A/B tests).
• Understanding packaging and tier design to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy and pricing decisions for Build and Construct portfolio.
• Design and run analytic tests; define KPIs to measure go-to-market impact.
• Model revenue and cost effects of pricing decisions against historical data.
• Develop data-driven business cases guiding pricing and packaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and ops.
• Represent pricing in cross-functional discussions and gain alignment.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
