Job summary

Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Pricing and Packaging Manager to plan monetization and value delivery strategies for its Build and Construct portfolio.

You will lead data-driven pricing initiatives, analyze willingness-to-pay, and recommend packaging that aligns with customer needs and market trends. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations to execute pricing programs, build financial models, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior-level pricing/packaging or commercial strategy experience.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software is preferred.
• Market analysis and customer research experience.
• Ability to design pricing models, levels and discounts.
• Packaging design experience for software or similar contexts.
• Ability to build financial models from data.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex customer research and market analysis to inform pricing.
• Design and run analytical tests, define KPIs, and iterate recommendations.
• Model pricing impact, including revenue and behavioral effects.
• Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day project management across cross-functional teams.
• Lead discussions and build alignment in cross-functional settings.
• Champion innovation and a growth mindset within the division.
