Job summary

Bluebeam, a leading construction software company, is seeking a Sr. Growth Strategy Manager to drive data-driven pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions across the Build and Construct portfolio.

You will partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations to design pricing structures, assess market willingness-to-pay, and forecast revenue impacts. You will design analytical tests, develop business cases, and manage cross-functional initiatives to maximize incremental revenue while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS experience in pricing, bundling and packaging of multiple brands or related analytical fields.
• Experience in commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred
• Market analysis and customer research to identify value drivers and willingness-to-pay
• Ability to convert data into financial models to forecast pricing impact
• Experience establishing pricing models, discount structures and monetization methods
• Understanding of packaging and tier design to meet customer needs with value-add products
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex customer research and market analysis to identify needs, drivers and willingness-to-pay
• Design analytical tests and define metrics to measure go-to-market effectiveness
• Model revenue and cost effects of go-to-market decisions and validate against historical data
• Develop data-driven business cases and pricing/packaging recommendations
• Provide day-to-day project management across product, sales, marketing, and operations
• Lead discussions and build alignment in cross-functional settings for pricing/packaging
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
