Job summary

Calm is seeking a Growth Product Manager for its direct-to-consumer business to lead growth strategy, drive subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention. You will own the roadmap and run experiments with cross-functional teams to ship what works.

Day-to-day you will own growth strategy, run high-velocity A/B tests, remove friction in onboarding and habit formation, build features that support daily engagement, and write PRDs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consumer product with growth metric ownership (subscriber growth, conversion, retention).
• Experience owning growth strategy and roadmap across mobile and web.
• Fluent in subscription economics (trial, paywall, LTV, churn).
• Strong experimentation and statistical judgment to separate signal from noise.
• Data-driven with ability to prioritize roadmap based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficient in documenting experiments, results, and roadmaps for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and roadmap: translate revenue and DAU goals into bets across activation, conversion, and retention.
• Run high-velocity experiment program: design and ship A/B tests; interpret results honestly.
• Remove friction in onboarding and habit-building journeys; test simpler paths.
• Ship habit mechanics to support daily user engagement and progress tracking.
• Write PRDs detailing the job to be done, opportunity, metrics, and plan; align engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership.
