Job summary

Cloaked, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Growth to own acquisition scale‑up and funnel efficiency. You’ll run high‑velocity experiments across pages and checkout steps, and partner with engineering to ship new funnels.

You’ll own end‑to‑end experiments, build new channels, and optimize CAC with data‑driven insights. This role is based in NYC with a distributed, hybrid team and a strong equity package.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in growth, PMM, or conversion‑focused marketing at consumer subscription/app.
• Owned end‑to‑end experimentation with measurable CAC impact.
• Built acquisition funnels and shipped changes with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own high‑velocity experimentation across the acquisition funnel and onboarding.
• Stand up new acquisition funnels for channels and product surfaces with Eng.
• Address drop‑offs and lift conversion step‑by‑step across the journey.
• Collaborate with paid team to scale spend while maintaining funnel quality.
• Partner with product/engineering to ship funnel changes and tracking infra.
