Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, product, monetization, or eCommerce, with 3+ years leading and developing teams.
• Proven track record growing a subscription or D2C eCommerce business with measurable impact on conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Deep fluency in subscription economics and metrics: revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn/retention cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and translate into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with A/B tests and rapid learn-and-ship cycles.
• Optimize the purchase experience to maximize conversion across markets and devices.
• Design and run pricing, offers, and packaging tests to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed onsite and in-app interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Growth team and develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, payments, data, and finance to turn new capabilities into wins.
• Report results transparently to leadership and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
