Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to own the seller growth vision and long-term strategy. You’ll identify where growth leverage sits across the seller lifecycle and set bets to maximize seller count and GMV, while aligning with major product teams.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations to build scalable growth loops and repeatable playbooks that drive activation, retention, and revenue among sellers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product or marketplace growth experience.
• Proven ability to design growth loops and systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build the seller growth engine with referrals, invites, incentives, and notifications.
• Identify systemic changes to reduce friction from listing to sale.
• Own growth metrics, targets, and scorecards to guide roadmap tradeoffs.
• Set a rigorous experimentation strategy with well-designed tests.
• Coordinate across multiple product teams to align on growth goals.
• Translate frontline insights into repeatable product improvements.
