Job summary

Whatnot, the leading live commerce platform, is hiring a Growth Product Manager to own the long‑term vision for seller growth. You will design growth loops, set experimentation strategy, and align multiple product teams to drive activation, retention, and GMV among new sellers.

You’ll build scalable growth systems, measure impact with robust analytics, and influence roadmaps across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations. Remote‑friendly with offices in SF/Seattle/LA/NYC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including growth strategy for a consumer product or marketplace.
• Track record of building growth systems that compound and deliver long-term results.
• Strong data and experimentation judgment with quantitative and qualitative insight.
• Ability to balance acquisition, activation, and retention to create compounding impact.
• Proven ability to influence with or without direct authority.
• Clear, compelling communication for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and long-term strategy for seller growth across the lifecycle.
• Design referrals, invites, incentives, notifications, and reactivation loops.
• Set targets for activation, early retention, and cohort GMV; build scorecards.
• Define experimentation strategy and turn learnings into lasting product changes.
• Lead across teams and align roadmaps to support seller growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Ops.
