Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Engagement and Loyalty initiatives across Kraken and Pro platforms. You will define strategy, own key metrics, and drive end-to-end product development for mobile and web experiences.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to run rigorous tests, develop growth loops, and personalize user experiences through segmentation and messaging strategies. A passion for crypto and open finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with focus on engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Experience with growth product management, experimentation, funnel optimization, and behavioral psychology.
• Track record of launching engagement features (notifications, rewards, community features).
• Experience with mobile and web apps; comfortable with technical discussions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty across Kraken and Pro.
• Own key metrics: retention, session frequency, and LTV.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Develop growth loops and in-product mechanics to drive usage frequency and depth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to run A/B/multivariate tests at scale.
