Kraken Pro is seeking a product leader to own the onboarding experience end-to-end on a global scale. You will drive continuous UX improvements by analyzing funnels and identifying what works, while gaining a deep understanding of the Pro customer and how to engage them in their first days of trading.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus in onboarding or growth UX.
• Strong data fluency: defining success metrics, analyzing funnels, and prioritizing actions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first instinct, with passion for crypto and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a client's first trade.
• Constantly assess the funnel: identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX improvement.
• Deeply understand the Pro customer: who they are, what they need most in their first days, how to talk to them, and what gets them excited to trade.
