Gemaire Distributors, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Business Development Associate – Commercial HVAC to join a high-performing sales team. You will quote, follow up, and coordinate projects while growing into a leadership sales role.

You will work with Business Development Managers to drive opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and build your own deal flow in a career-track position.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction.
• Strong communicator comfortable working with contractors and business owners.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Driven to grow into a Business Development Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects
• Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers
• Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate
• Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle
• Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue
• Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships
• In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned
