Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Orlando, FL seeks a Business Development Manager to secure and grow commercial HVAC work across our territory. You will pursue individual replacements, plan-and-spec projects, and foster long-term partnerships with contractors, engineers, and facility managers.

You will lead outreach, conduct meetings (in-person and virtual), analyze market needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while expanding our market share in the commercial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HVAC sales, business development, or related mechanical engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and project sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with contractors and engineers.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities within the territory.
• Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to drive opportunities.
• Track sales metrics and pipeline progress; report to internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations for seamless project execution.
