Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Phoenix is seeking a Business Development Specialist to build quotes and manage the sales cycle for commercial HVAC projects. You will follow up with contractors, engineers, and customers, while ensuring CRM data accuracy and pipeline activity.

You will support large, complex projects, own smaller opportunities, and collaborate with BDMs to shape sales strategy and customer relationships as part of a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction and can work with contractors and business owners.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
• Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate.
• Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle.
• Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue.
• Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships.
