My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching staff and driving customer satisfaction through technology solutions. You will help lead the team in delivering outstanding service and meet AT&T sales initiatives each day.

The role focuses on coaching, staffing, training, and maintaining a high-energy, customer-first environment, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows across its 180+ locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and standards.
• Execute sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner.
• Oversee location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance with the manager.
• Develop and train team members to grow into leadership roles.
• Support marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
