Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading a sales team in a fast-paced AT&T authorized retail environment. You will drive customer satisfaction and sales initiatives while assisting in daily store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, team leadership, and excellence in customer service with advancement opportunities and an uncapped commission plan. Training and growth are emphasized across our many locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives promptly.
• Assist the Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory and appearance.
• Develop and train team members to improve performance.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
• Contribute to a fun, clean, and engaging store environment.
