You will participate in staffing, training, and operations while pursuing growth opportunities. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, sales execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or customer-facing sales is typical.
• Experience leading a team and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet AT&T standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in staffing, inventory, and appearance.
