Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Sarasota is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our referral network across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. You will actively network, visit partners, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure high-quality service and ongoing relationships.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with first-year earnings targets of $60,000–$75,000 OTE. A strong emphasis on community presence and long-term growth guides this position.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B, outside, field, or relationship-based sales.
• Comfortable walking into businesses, making introductions, and creating opportunities.
• Self-motivated and able to manage their own sales activity and follow-up.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up and account management.
• Motivated by both individual earnings and growing a local book of business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Represent Voda at networking groups, association meetings, and community events.
• Identify new referral partners, create opportunities, and convert them into restoration and cleaning jobs.
• Stay connected with referral partners and manage ongoing accounts.
• Support the sales process with walkthroughs and clear service explanations.
• Work with operations during storms or high restoration volume.
