Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville–St. Augustine is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Northeast Florida referral network.

This 100% commission-based role focuses on building lasting partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, and other professionals to drive recurring business. You will leverage your networking skills to educate partners on our cleaning and restoration services, attend events, and manage activity in our CRM to hit monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Excellent at building trust and long-term relationships.
• Comfortable networking every day and working independently.
• Proven ability to generate new referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits with referral partners.
• Generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Educate referral partners on Voda’s cleaning and restoration capabilities.
• Attend networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and industry functions.
• Track sales activity and opportunities using the company CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity goals and sales objectives.
