Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Sarasota is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our presence in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. This role emphasizes building relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurers, Realtors, and other local businesses that encounter water damage and restoration needs.

You will network, visit referral partners, attend events, follow up on opportunities, and work closely with our operations team to ensure relationships are well taken

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, outside, field, or relationship-based sales.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, real estate, or other home-service industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners throughout the local market.
• Represent Voda at networking groups, association meetings and community events.
• Identify new referral partners and turn opportunities into restoration projects.
• Stay connected with partners after introductions and ensure a positive experience.
• Support the sales process with field visits, walkthroughs, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with operations to service accounts and assist during high-volume periods.
