Job summary

Walmart Connect in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Associate Partner Manager for the Emerging Sales team. You will manage a growing book of business, learn marketplace dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional peers to drive ad campaigns and client growth.

The role emphasizes relationship building, apprenticeship-style learning, and mentoring within a fast-growing digital advertising unit inside the Fortune 1 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and sales, or related area.
• 2 years' experience in business, marketing and sales, or related area.
• Experience with Ad Sales Internship or Advertising Club on Campus.
• Passion for digital advertising and Walmart Merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of the sales process/life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own your own book of business.
• Complete an apprenticeship learning the marketplace competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with senior Partner Managers, cross-functional teams, and industry experts.
• Learn to build relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Learn best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward.
• Report to a tenured digital advertising leader within the Emerging Sales organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations
