Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; Solar Eclipse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design pros.
• Conduct territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams for seamless service.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders as needed.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
• Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism and customer-centric focus.
