Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking an experienced sales and studio operations leader to support the General Manager and Studio Manager. You will drive revenue, oversee staff, and lead retention efforts while planning events and managing the brand's social media presence.

Fluency in English, strong leadership, and CRM proficiency are essential to deliver exceptional member experiences and foster growth across the studio network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and management (retail, fitness, or service industries).
• Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to create a high-performance sales environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
• Highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and studio management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute and enforce the studio’s sales process (lead generation, follow-up, closing).
• Lead intro classes and build member relationships; drive retention efforts.
• Maintain studio operations, schedule staff, and ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Plan and execute in/out-of-studio events; manage social media presence.
• Run weekly reports and communicate issues to management; escalate concerns as needed.
